BBT 54cc 3.4hp 20" Petrol Chainsaw - Oregon Bar&Chain

Put bar oil in, it leaked out everywhere.
Set the chain tension did 1 cut through a 6 inch log ( softwood ) and the chain came off.
Threw it aside and went back to my old saw.
I bought two other items, 21" self propelled mower, pull cord frayed after 2nd use so had to be replaced, belt came off mowing my perfectly flat lawn not once, not twice, three times before I could finish my small lawn, Third time I also had to replace one of the pulleys as well as the belt. The speed controller is piss weak and everything about it screams super cheap Chinese import. Same goes for the 4 stroke brush cutter. The worst tool's on the market.
Would NEVER -EVER-EVER AGAIN BUY A BBT TOOL.

Hi, it works great, the only issue I had (only had time to use it once so far) is it's very high compression which is good but a bit harder to start than my model 1. I'll give it another go tomorrow, weather permitting that is LOL. Cheers, Terry

I was under the impression that my boyfriend wanted a chainsaw…. After watching him struggle with this tiny electric motored chainsaw that he borrowed from a friend. I realise it’s probably the only tool he doesn’t have in his shed. So on Xmas day he was a little puzzled to why he was opening a chainsaw. Think his words were “why’d ya buy me a chainsaw?” But later that day when he skipped reading the manual and put (what I assume was some type of mixture of oil and petrol) into the chainsaw. With a singlet and thongs on his feet… zero safety gear… I watched him with glee cut into the left over tree bits in our backyard. He made me take a video- guess that’s a tick of approval. Here I sit on the couch writing this review on behalf of him and his words are it cuts well. I did notice him tightening the chain after use on that day. And he reckons that could just be user error. So 4/5 stars. Hopefully this is helpful to someone.
