Make pruning and garden maintenance quicker and easier with the BBT 20V Brushless 6" Pruning Saw. Compact and easy to handle, it’s ideal for pruning trees, cutting branches, trimming shrubs and maintaining gardens, orchards and larger properties where a full-size chainsaw is unnecessary.
The brushless motor delivers efficient cordless cutting power through the compact 6" bar and chain, reaching a chain speed of 7.5m/s. Its smaller size makes it particularly useful for working around trees and established gardens, while the cordless design means there’s no fuel, pull-starting or power lead to manage.
Day-to-day operation is kept simple with automatic chain oiling and automatic chain tensioning, reducing the amount of manual adjustment required. A 30ml oil reservoir, electronic brake and safety start button complete a practical pruning saw designed for convenient property maintenance.
The kit includes a 20V 4.0Ah Lithium-Ion battery and charger, and the saw is also compatible with Makita 18V LXT batteries, making it a convenient addition for customers already using the Makita battery platform.*
