Designed for home gardens, vegetable patches, garden beds and property maintenance, the 300mm tiller provides a practical cordless solution for loosening and cultivating soil, preparing planting areas and working compost or soil amendments into established garden beds.

Powered by two 20V 4.0Ah lithium-ion batteries working together as a 40V system, the tiller combines a high-efficiency brushless motor with direct drive for strong, responsive power at the tines. With speeds up to 5,500 RPM, it delivers the performance needed for regular soil preparation without petrol, fumes, pull-starting or extension leads.

Its 300mm working width provides a useful balance between productivity and manoeuvrability, making the machine particularly suited to vegetable gardens, garden beds and areas where a larger petrol rotary tiller can be cumbersome.

And as part of the BBT cordless garden range, it uses a Makita-compatible tool interface, allowing compatible Makita batteries to power the BBT tiller and BBT batteries to power compatible Makita tools.*

Two BBT 20V 4.0Ah batteries and a dual-port BBT charger are included, providing a complete cordless tilling system ready for the garden.

The tiller already includes 2 × BBT 20V 4.0Ah batteries and a BBT dual-port charger.
