Great service

When the splines on one end of the drive shaft got chewed off by constant jamming of the saw blade by an inexperienced user I thought that was the end pole saw. A quick email request to BBT revealed that most parts were available & new shaft was ordered & paid for which arrived reasonably quickly given it was almost Xmas.
Thanks heaps. BBT people the pole saw is back working👍😊

Using my (competitor's!) multitool full-chat with the pole saw attachment, the drive shaft broke. Not expecting to find a replacement part, I searched and found the BBT seven spline shaft. When it came, it was significantly heavier than my original. I had to drill out the bushes on my machine, and now the BBT shaft fits nicely. Should last longer than the old one, being heavier.
