It was a lot easier to put together than I expected (especially after reading others comments & there isn’t any instructions!) & I thought motor oil would be included in the box “nope” so now I have a 3 hour round trip to buy motor oil, & that’s why I haven’t used
it!
Easy to put together. This is a beast. I will soon run out of trees to chip/mulch!!
Very impressed with the speed of delivery. 24 hours from time of ordering is amazing.
Set up took considerably longer than the 10 minutes claimed in the directions but was achievable for a non mechanically minded person like me.
Apart from some initial confusion over the choke position I finally got the machine running well and demolished a large pile of wind damaged gum branches.
Only had it a few days but the mulcher itself seems good value and works well. Like many others commented, the assembly instructions are worse than useless and really need to be improved, probably took 3 times as long to assemble than it would have if some basic instructions or assembly diagram had been included.
I was genuinely impressed by the quality and performance of this machine - it's simply awesome! However, the included instructions left much to be desired. They were quite unclear and insufficient for proper setup or use. Thankfully, I found several helpful tutorials on YouTube that provided the guidance I needed. Without these videos, getting the machine up and running would have been a much more challenging task.
